Welcome!

I am a Lecturer / Faculty Fellow at the Data Analytics and Computational Social Science (DACSS) program at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. With a Ph.D. in Political Science and Social Data Analytics from the Pennsylvania State University, my expertise lies in computational social science research and teaching.

My research focuses on the study of political elites using network theory. Networks provide a framework to explore how actors are connected to one another, identify competing factions, and assess the level of centralization within the system.

I have had the privilege of teaching research design, statistics, network analysis, and machine learning to students from diverse academic backgrounds and at various levels of expertise.

I am a free, open software and knowledge enthusiast and love to share my knowledge with others. To learn more about me, please visit my Research, Teaching, and CV pages.
